Kroppsfred offers the following services:
Individual therapy sessions and coaching sessions (in-person and/or online)
Digital courses and educational materials (coming soon)
My services are designed to support personal development and overall well-being. They do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy as defined by the Health and Medical Services Act, or crisis management. If you are experiencing a mental health or medical crisis, please contact a healthcare provider immediately.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or a written confirmation has been sent. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
4. Payment
Prices for services are listed on the website at the time of booking. Payment is made in accordance with the instructions provided at checkout. For digital products and courses, payment is required in advance. All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Refund Policy
For individual sessions: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling. For digital courses: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds cannot be guaranteed once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Kroppsfred and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without my written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
I strive to provide high-quality services, but I cannot guarantee specific results from coaching or counseling sessions. My services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kroppsfred is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of my services or this website.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethical guidelines. Exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by law or in cases of serious risk of harm.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
