These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.kroppsfred.se (the "Website") and the services offered by Kroppsfred. By accessing or using my Website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Kroppsfred offers the following services:
Individual therapy and coaching sessions (in-person and/or online)
Digital courses and educational content (available in the future)
My services are provided for personal development and general well-being purposes. They do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy regulated under Swedish healthcare law (Hälso- och sjukvårdslagen), or crisis intervention. If you are in a medical or psychological emergency, please contact appropriate healthcare services or emergency services immediately.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation. I kindly ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
4. Payments
Prices for services are stated on the Website at the time of booking. Payment is due in accordance with the instructions provided at checkout. For digital products and courses, payment is collected in advance. All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT where required.
5. Refund Policy
For individual sessions: if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking. For digital courses: due to the nature of digital content, refunds may not be available once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and other materials, is my intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use my content for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
I strive to provide high-quality services, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or therapy sessions. My services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kroppsfred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services or Website.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethical standards. Exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
