Where meals aren’t tests, and your instincts actually guide you instead of punishing. The tension, guilt, and self-criticism aren’t flaws, they’re a response to years of being told your worth is tied to a number, to society cheering thinness and shaming everything else. Restricting yourself, skipping meals, cutting out foods you love, trying to control every bite… only makes the obsession stronger. Your brain and body react to deprivation, and suddenly, food consumes your every thought.

But things can be different, I promise. You don’t have to live like this forever.

The swings between restriction and bingeing aren’t a personal failure, they’re the predictable outcome of a system that teaches you your body can’t be trusted, and that thinness = worth. Once you understand how all of this has shaped your behaviour, you can start changing it for good.

I know what it feels like to want control, to chase a smaller body, and to still feel powerless.

I’ve been where you are, I’ve been stuck in that cycle of restriction, bingeing, and self-judgement, with thoughts about food and my body always in the background. I know how exhausting it is to watch years slip by while trapped in rules and shame.

That’s why I do this work. With over a decade as a counsellor, and training in intuitive eating, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nervous system regulation, I help you untangle the noise diet culture has drilled into you. Together, we rebuild trust in your body, find a way of eating that fuels you without fear, and create space for the life you’ve been missing. My approach isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about seeing the whole person, understanding why you do what you do, and guiding you toward peace and ease.

You’ll start to see why the cycle keeps repeating and leave with personalised steps to reduce reactivity, calm anxiety, and regain a sense of agency.

  • Food and Body Peace - Signature 1:1 Program

    This program is for the woman ready to end the exhausting cycle of counting, restricting, and body judgment. Over 2-3 months, we work to quiet the constant mental noise and replace it with a sense of internal peace. Together, we move toward a life where you can eat without guilt and move without punishment, allowing you to finally show up fully for the people and moments that matter most in life.
